Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you visit V2Ray Client Hub, read its documentation, or use its download links. Please read them before proceeding. If you do not accept these terms, stop using the relevant services. These terms do not replace the license agreements included with clients and their dependencies.
1. Site Purpose and Content
This site provides information about V2Ray clients, download links, protocol guides, and instructions for configuring graphical interfaces. Its content is for educational and technical reference only. This site is not an official representative of Project V, V2Fly, Xray, or any related client project. Product names are used for identification and informational purposes; their appearance here does not imply endorsement or authorization by the project owners.
Example settings in our guides explain configuration options and are not ready-to-use connection services. We do not provide nodes, subscription accounts, or network access, and we are not responsible for transactions, service delivery, or ongoing operations by third parties.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations, network-use requirements, and service agreements that apply where you are located and to your activities. Do not use this site's content or related software for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, data theft, privacy violations, distributing illegal content, or disrupting network operations.
Before proceeding, make sure you are authorized to use the relevant devices, networks, and connection resources, and determine whether a configuration is suitable for your environment. Do not make malicious automated requests to this site, disrupt its features, or publish information under its name without authorization. You are responsible, as provided by law, for any unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized actions you take.
3. Third-Party Software and Usage Risks
v2rayN, v2rayNG, v2flyNG, and related core components are provided and maintained by their respective open-source projects. Their features, license terms, system requirements, and update schedules are determined by the information published by each project. Our summaries and links do not change the licensing relationship between software providers and users.
Software updates may change the interface, configuration formats, or permission requirements, so documentation may differ from the current version. Back up essential data before upgrading, importing configurations, or changing system proxy settings. Protect sensitive information in subscription URLs, access credentials, and logs. Do not publish configurations containing personal credentials.
4. Accuracy and Liability
We organize content based on available information, but cannot guarantee that every explanation will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular device. We also cannot guarantee the continued availability of download links, software, or third-party connection services. Network outages, software defects, system differences, and user configurations can all affect results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for data loss, connection interruptions, lost configurations, or other damages resulting from using or being unable to use this content, software, or its links. These limitations do not exclude or restrict liability where the law prohibits it, or affect rights you may have under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The code, names, trademarks, and other materials of each open-source project belong to their respective rights holders. Use, modification, and redistribution of software are subject to the applicable open-source licenses. These terms grant no rights beyond those licenses. Referencing product names does not claim any rights to their trademarks or brands.
Original text and page layouts on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them, credit the source and do not alter technical conclusions or imply official endorsement. Confirm the relevant permissions separately before reusing third-party materials.
6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to content or services, or to meet legal requirements. Updated terms and the revision month will be posted on this page. Unless otherwise stated, revisions take effect when published. Where the law requires separate notice or consent, we will follow those requirements. Review the current terms before using the relevant features again.
If you have questions about setup steps or usage requirements, start with the Help Center or the Setup Guide. Pause any action that could affect your system or data until you have the information you need. For details about personal information, see the Privacy Policy.
