Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy covers browsing V2Ray Client Hub, reading its documentation, and using its download links. It explains what data may be handled and how you can manage it. Data processing by client software, subscription services, and download providers is outside the scope of this site's pages.
1. Site Services and Data Scope
This site provides static content. It does not offer account registration, ask for your email, or collect your name, phone number, or payment details through its pages. You can read guides and view download links without submitting personal information.
The infrastructure that delivers the site and protects it from security threats may process your IP address, request time, page path, browser details, response status, and referral information. These technical records help deliver pages, diagnose access errors, and detect unusual requests; they are not information you have actively submitted.
This site does not ask you to enter server passwords, subscription credentials, or client configurations. Do not add this information to query parameters in links to this site: request URLs may be recorded in infrastructure logs or browser history.
2. Analytics and How We Use It
We use website analytics to understand page views, referral sources, and download platform preferences. This helps us improve documentation, fix broken links, and identify content needs. Analytics may include visit times, page URLs, device and browser types, and interactions such as clicks or platform selections.
Analytics data is primarily used in aggregate. It is not used to access server lists, connection contents, proxy traffic, or subscription data on your device. Website analytics are separate from client activity; visiting this site does not give us visibility into network activity within your client.
How long technical logs and analytics records are kept depends on the deployment configuration and security investigation needs. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period that has not been confirmed. Data handling should be limited to operating the service, troubleshooting, and essential security maintenance.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
A static website may still leave data in your browser. Depending on how analytics are configured, analytics tools may use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish sessions and repeat visits. Check your browser to see exactly what is stored.
If the site uses local storage, it should be limited to necessary information such as interface preferences, not server credentials or subscription data. Platform tabs may also retain your selection in the URL fragment, which is not a cookie.
You can view, delete, or restrict this site's cookies and site storage in your browser settings, or use content-blocking settings to reduce analytics requests. Some preferences may not be saved when storage is restricted, but static page content should remain accessible. Clearing browser storage does not delete server logs already created.
4. Download Sources and Third-Party Services
The download center resolves client file URLs through same-origin download links and a version manifest. Installation files are not stored in this site's static page directory; they are provided by download services or their configured upstream sources. Requests may be forwarded or redirected.
Services involved in file transfers may receive your IP address, request time, file path, and browser details. If you are redirected to another service, that service is responsible for its own privacy practices, logging, and data storage. Check the final URL and the service's privacy information.
Client software and the relevant services handle configuration, connections, and subscription updates for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. This site's privacy policy does not replace their policies or documentation, and V2Ray Client Hub does not control their data handling.
5. Policy Updates and Help
If our analytics methods, storage purposes, or download process change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes to the scope of data handling should be explained on the relevant pages. You can find the current policy using the Privacy Policy link in the footer.
For help, see the Help Center or Setup Guide. When describing an issue or sharing a screenshot, hide full subscription URLs, server credentials, and personally identifying information. Include only the error details and client settings needed to troubleshoot.
